      It all begins with a conversation. When you fill out our Contact Form or give us a call, we want to hear what’s motivating your renovation—whether it’s outdated features, the need for a bathroom that brings calm instead of stress, or the desire to create spaces that better fit your family and lifestyle.

This is where we help clarify what’s feasible, what’s most efficient, and what kind of budget range you’re looking at. You’ll get a ballpark estimate at this stage—so you can decide if you want to take the next step.
    4. Proposal Creation
      To move forward, we develop a comprehensive scope of work that includes material ideas, layout suggestions, and a clear project outline based on detailed measurements and your goals. We focus on delivering a full scope proposal with clear, itemized details on what is and isn’t included in the remodel itself.

      If you’re looking for more visual direction—such as drawings, renderings, or mood boards with specific finish selections—we can recommend trusted designers or design firms who can offer that level of service. We’re also happy to collaborate with a designer you already know and trust. This kind of design support is typically a separate investment and is handled through a separate agreement with the designer.

      Here’s what to expect in terms of proposal costs:
      Kitchen or Bathroom Proposal: $1,500
      Whole House Proposal: $3,500

      These fees go toward the cost of your renovation if you sign with us—because we believe your investment in planning should count.
    5. Contract & Deposit
      Once the proposal is finalized and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll sign a contract and collect a deposit—minus the $1,500 or $3,500 you already paid for the proposal. This locks in your project timeline and confirms your place on our schedule.
    6. Select Your Start Date
      We’ll coordinate a start date based on your needs and our availability. We’ll also begin ordering materials and prepping our team—so everything is ready to go from day one.
    7. Build & Renovate
      Now the real transformation begins. Our team of expert builders and craftsmen work with care, precision, and constant communication. You’ll get regular updates, respectful jobsite etiquette, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing your home is in good hands.
    8. Final Walk-Through
      Before we wrap, we’ll schedule a walk-through to review every detail of the finished work. We’ll go over the punch list (if needed), answer any final questions, and make sure you’re 100% satisfied. This isn’t just about finishing the job—it’s about building a space that feels like home.
