Once the addition was underway, the team completed a full demolition of the existing kitchen.
This allowed every aspect of the space to be rebuilt with intention. New cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, electrical components, millwork, and trim were installed throughout the renovation. The kitchen features custom Amish-built, full-overlay cabinetry paired with professionally fabricated quartz countertops, a matching quartz backsplash, and custom quartz shelving.
The combination of quality materials and skilled craftsmanship helped create a clean, cohesive appearance while maximizing storage and functionality throughout the space.
Several practical features were incorporated into the design, including discreet pop-up outlets in the island and a pull-out mixer shelf that keeps appliances accessible without taking up valuable countertop space.
New Hardwood Flooring Throughout the Home
The renovation extended beyond the kitchen itself.
New hardwood flooring was installed throughout the kitchen, dining room, foyer, hallway, living room, closet, and powder room. Carrying the flooring throughout these connected spaces creates continuity and helps the addition feel like a natural extension of the original home.
